Managing Director and Financial Adviser

Barry commenced his career in the Financial Services Industry on July 1, 1970. 

Barry’s qualifications, achievements and professional association memberships are -

Barry is a current Director of his Licensed Dealer in Securities, Matrix Planning Solutions Ltd. Also, Barry is Treasurer and Director of the Illawarra Turf Club Limited.  Past community service activities are the Chairman, Treasurer and Director of Cronulla Bowling Club Limited and Director of Cronulla-Sutherland Leagues Club Limited.

Megan Harvey Adv. Dip. FS (FP), JP

Practice Manager and Paraplanner

Megan commenced her career with Barry Vandenbergh's financial services business in 1995 and has successfully completed the Advanced Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning) and Self Managed Superannuation Fund studies.

Megan's responsibilities include office and staff management, staff training, paraplanning, website design and providing assistance to Clients.  Megan is a NSW Justice of the Peace.

Andrew Grinsell Adv. Dip. FS (FP), AFP

Financial Planner and Paraplanner

Andrew commenced his Financial Services career with a large fund manager in 2006 and joined Concept Financial Services in January, 2011. Previous experience included client services, self managed superannuation fund administration, client service and advice.

Andrew has completed the Advanced Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning) and is an Associate Financial Planner member of the Financial Planning Association of Australia.

Andrew’s responsibilities include financial planning, client reviews and assisting with the preparation of Statements of Advice.

Mary Hayes

Administration Assistant and Client Services

Mary recently moved to Australia from New Zealand and commenced employment with Concept in May, 2011. Mary's duties include reception, office administration and portfolio review preparation.

Mary has worked in the banking and accounting industries  and more recently in a research department within the University of Otago, Christchurch.

Linda Hopkins

Administration Assistant and Client Services

Linda joined Concept in September, 2011 and has over 30 years experience in the financial services industry in both New Zealand and Australia.

Linda's responsibilities at Concept includes client service, portfolio review preparation and office administration. 

Linda's previous financial service industry experience includes client service, life insurance and Superannuation administration, office and data base management and secretarial support.
